ltl the event of a resubdivision of a parcel for which park dedication <br />requirement.~ have previously been met, no additional park dedication <br />requirements shall be imposed as a result of the resubdivision <br />providinl.: the overall density of development of the parcel remains the <br />same as ttle density allowed under the zoning in effect at the time of <br />the initial subdivisi'on. <br /> <br />In the ex, em that park dedication requirements were met through the <br />use of a fcc per dwelling unit or based on tile value of tile <br />improvement. :tdditional park dedication shall be made for each new <br />lot created under resubdivision. <br /> <br />The park dedication fee shall be based on the specified contribution <br />per dwelling unit for residential properties resulting from the <br />resubdivision. <br /> <br />0.50 Construction of Improvements <br /> <br />50 is hereby repealed and amended to read as follov,,s: <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. General conditions. Upon receipt of preliminary <br />approval of it by the City Council and prior to Council approval of the final plat, the <br />subdivider shall ke provision in the manner hereinafter set forth for the installation, at <br />the sole expense subdivider, of such improvements as shall be required by the City, <br />which improven'~ents y include, but are not limited to, streets, sidewalks, public water <br />systems, sanitary ,stems, surface and storm drainage systems and public utility <br />services. The installation ;aid improvements shall be in conformity with City approved <br />construction plans and :ions and 'ali applicable City standards and code sections. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Policy.
