REVIEW <br /> <br /> - INFORMATIONAL ONLY- <br /> <br />THE PROPOSED CHESTNUT RIDGE SUBDIVISION <br />By: Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Coordinator <br /> <br />Case #3 <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The attached materials, prepared by Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik, provide the details relative <br />to the proposed subdivision of Chestnut Ridge. At the regular Planning and Zoning Commission <br />meeting of October 5, 1993, the developer, Mr. John Peterson of Good Value Homes, withdrew <br />his application for plat approval. <br /> <br />Observation: <br /> <br />It is possible that a request to determine park dedication will be made of the Commission in <br />November. City Staff does not have a recommendation for park dedication at this time. Prior to <br />October's meeting, I intend to review the property and report to the Commission. Tree <br />preservation will most certainly be an issue for this subdivision.
