Ms. McAloney stated with regard to the insurance issue, the Officers realize all groups are <br />handled the same. <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson inquired of Chief Auspos what he thought their "throw-aways" <br />might be. <br /> <br />Chief Auspos stated they have been pretty much under budget with regard to uniforms and <br />he didn't see a problem with the boots. He added he didn't want to see the investigator's <br />allowance. <br /> <br />Sergeant Gustafson added that it's nothing they would go to arbitration for. <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson inquired how much control we have over the standby pay to <br />which Chief Auspos replied not much. <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson inquired about the holidays to which Chief Auspos felt they <br />would be open to compromise.
