§ 920.22 <br /> <br />9.20°.2.2 B-2 Bmiue~ District. <br /> <br /> Subdivision L Intent: To accommodate certain restricted business <br />uses to act as ~ transition between intense nonresidential districts and residential <br />districts. These uses are to provide scr~ices and goods only for the surrounding <br />neighborhoods and are not intended to draw customers from the entire <br />community. <br /> <br /> Subd.~ Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and <br />performance standards as specified by this Chapter.) <br /> <br />a. Offices and banks. <br /> <br />b. Persona] and professional sera-ices. <br /> <br />c. Medical clinics. <br /> <br />d. Barber shops. <br /> <br />Beauty parlors. <br /> <br />Essential services. <br /> <br />Convenience grocery stores (not supermarket type and without <br />motor fuel facilities). <br /> <br />h. Laundromat, self-service washing and drying. <br /> <br /> Subcl. 3, Accessory Uses: The followin2 are permitted accessory uses <br />in a B~2 District: <br /> <br />Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use <br />accessory to the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% of <br />the gross floor space of the principal use. <br /> <br />Off-street parLdng as regulated by this Chapter, but not including <br />ser-~-trailer trucks. <br /> <br /> c. Off-street loading as regulated by this Chapter. <br /> <br /> d. Si=muing as regulated by the City Code. <br /> <br /> Sub& 4. Conditional Uses: (Requires a conditional use permit based <br />upon procedures set forth in and regulated by §9.03.04 of this Chapter.) <br /> <br /> a. Convenience Store with Gasoline: Grocery and/or food <br /> operations, with convenience gas (no vehicle se.,~/ce or repair), <br /> provided that: <br /> <br /> 1. The retail sales involve uses or actR~ities which are allowed <br /> in a B-] District. <br /> <br />Convenience/deli food is of the take-out type only and that no <br />provision for seating or consumption on the premises is <br />pro~ided.
