ORDINANCE <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> Subd. <br />uses in a B-2 District: <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER <br />IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER <br />()F THE CITY CODE. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 9.20.22 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />9.20.22 B-2 Business District. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent: To accommodate certain restricted business <br />uses to act as a transition between intense nonresidential districts and residential districts. <br />These uses are to provide services and goods only for the surrounding neighborhoods and <br />are not intended to draw customers from the entire community. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2 Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and <br />performance standards as specified by this Chapter). <br /> <br /> a. Offices and banks. <br /> <br /> b. Personal and professional services. <br /> <br /> c. Medical clinics. <br /> <br /> d. Barber shops. <br /> <br /> e. Beauty parlors. <br /> <br /> f. Laundromat, self-service washing and drying. <br /> <br /> g. Convenience ~ocery and/or food operations, may include <br /> convenience gas (no vehicle service or repair). Furthermore, that <br /> the enclosed area devoted to convenience/deli food activity shall not <br /> exceed 20% of the goss floor area. <br /> <br /> h. Retail and service activities that do not include outside sales, rental, <br /> storage or service. <br /> <br /> i. Other uses may be permitied upon obtaining a conditional use <br /> permit. <br /> <br /> 3. Accessory Uses: The following are permitted accessory <br /> <br /> <br />
