Vote of 4/3. Place on <br />subsequent Council agenda. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />With regard to the review of the Transportation Plan: P <br />The P&Z Commission voted to take the last comprehensive <br />plan, dated January 26, 1989, make minor modifications <br />to indicate the river crossing corridor and changes to <br />County Road #116 back to the previous plan by reason <br />the airport expansion won't happen. Clean up the <br />corridor showing where it exists. Send this to City <br />Council - state this is what the plans should be - Ask <br />them if they wish to change it farther and hold a public <br />hearing on it. Following the revisions you make, present <br />it to Council - notify the P&Z when this is going to take <br />place - and then have Council schedule a public hearing. <br />Regarding the preliminary plat of Ramsey Meadows, the C <br />P&Z Commission recommended lhat the developer revise <br />the preliminary plat such that 149th Lane N.W. will be <br />replaced with two non-connecting cul-de-sac streets to <br />avoid impact to the wetland. <br /> <br />Consensus of the P&Z Commission with regard to the <br />153rd Avenue N.W. Crosstown Arterial was to <br />recommend Alternative #1' Connect as per Thoroughfare <br />Plan. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission tabled Case #3: Review of City Code <br />Regulations for Accessory Structures until Commissioner <br />Deemer, Building Official Huff and you have a chance to <br />redraft.
