Prepare a plan and policies for trail locations and design <br />standards with emphasis on connecting neighborhoods to shopping, <br />schools, parks and bus stops. <br /> <br />Review with City Staff <br /> <br />Review results of Tasks 2.1 to 2.5 with City staff. Make necessary <br />revisions and improvements to the draft road system, transit, and <br />trail plans. <br /> <br />Review with Planning Commission <br /> <br />Review the results of Tasks 2. I through 2.7 with the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission and members of the public at up to two <br />meetings. These two meetings are the same as those described in <br />Task 1.12 of the Comprehensive Land Use Planning Element of the <br />proposal. <br /> <br />Revise Drafts <br /> <br />Revise Draft Comprehensive-Road System Plan based on comments <br />received from the Planning and Zoning Commission and input from <br />the public. This task is consistent with Task 1.13. <br /> <br />Review with City Council <br /> <br />Review the recommendations with the City Council. <br /> <br />Respond to the Metropolitan Council <br /> <br />For the sake of budget efficiency, we request that the City staI'f <br />prepare the Major Comprehensive Plan Amendment submittal to <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />
