She stated that the Horse Care <br />Commission also reviewed this case and recommended approval with a manure <br />management plan. <br /> <br />J. Absent: Councilmember Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Case #5: Request for Connection to Existing City Watermain Along <br /> County Road #5; Case of Anna Boe <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that with the trunk watermain extensions to service the <br />Wood Pond projects, watermain was extended along the-west side of County Road #5 past <br />the property of Mrs. Anna Boe who resides at 14520 Nowthen Boulevard N.W. At the <br />present time, sanitary sewer is not available to the property, however, Mrs. Boe has <br />indicated that she would like to connect to the existing watermain. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to set the date <br />of December 8, 1992 for a public hearing for this improvement project. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Beyer and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberZimmerman. <br /> <br />Case #6: Amending Section 7.53.11 of the Off-Sale Liquor Ordinance <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson turned the meeting over to Councilmember Peterson. <br /> <br />Police Chief Auspos stated that the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed this <br />ordinance and recommended that City Council delete the requirements that liquor stores be <br />new construction and at least 4,000 square feet in size. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to introduce <br />the ordinance amending Section 7.53.11 of the Off-sale Liquor Ordinance. <br /> <br />City Council/November 10, 1992 <br /> Page 9 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
