'These UPdated grading plans should then be reviewed by DNR because of the proximity of the protected wetland. Recommendation: City Staff recommends approval of the permit contingent upon submittal of updated grading plans that receive favorable reviews by the City Engineer and DNR. Commission Action: Motion to: Recommend that City Council adopt Findings of Fact # relating to Barton Sand and Gravel's request for a conditional use permit renewal to continue mining operations. Motion to: Recommend that City Council approve/deny Barton Sand and Gravel's request for a conditional use permit renewal for minining operations contingent upon submittal of updated grading plans.
