The status of LoT 4 as it relates to the Industrial District zoning regulations is that a conditional use <br />pemait is required in order to have outside storage as a principal use of the lot. Mr. Karst has been <br />working to remove items stored on LoT 4 and provided for increased screening of what remains on <br />the lot. <br /> <br /> <br />
