PROPOSED AMENDMENTS - ACCESSORY USE <br /> <br />.c3.9.11.02 Accessory uses. <br /> <br /> .c4.Subdivision 1.; Every private in-ground swimming pool or <br />commercial fishing pond shall be enclosed by a fence or wall not less than four feet high to <br />prevent uncontrolled access by small children. <br /> <br /> .c4.Subd. 2.; The exterior storage of not more than one automobile <br />which does not have a current license plate shall constitute a vehicle w'recklng yard <br />and shall not be ~ permitted as an accessory use, but two or more shall <br />.... ' ....... ~ The <br />showing for sale of not more than one automobile shall be considered an <br />accessory use in any district not zoned for motor vehicle sales, but two or <br />mom shall constitute an auto sales business and shall not be permltted as <br />~an accessory <br /> <br /> .c~.$ubd. B.; Any proposed accessory building shall be located on the <br />p~¢el o£ land so as to allow for orderly future resubdivision of a parcel on which the <br />building is to be located. Prior to issuance o£ a building permit for the building, the <br />applicant shall provide the building inspector with a sketch plan showing the location o~ the <br />proposed building. The building inspector shall not issue the permit if the building <br />inspector determines the proposed location will not allow for orderly guture Subdivision of <br />the parcel. <br /> <br /> .c4.Subd. 4.; No accessory str~ct~r~ building shall be constructed on <br />any lot prior to the time of construction of the principal building. <br /> <br /> .c4.Subd. ~.; <br /> <br /> a. Detached Accessory ~ building height shall not <br /> exceed 22 feet on property zoned Rural Residential. <br /> <br /> b, Detached A¢ces~ory~ building height shall not <br /> exceed 16 feet on property zoned Urban Residential. <br /> <br /> c. Two story and/or split level accessory structures are prohibited <br /> in any zone~ <br /> d.
