They <br />felt this would alleviate traffic problems. <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />Following discussion at the public hearing regarding City <br />Code Chapter 9, Section 9.11.02 Subdivision 2, <br />Accessory Uses, The P&Z Commission directed Staff to <br />modify the proposed ordinance to allow for one unlicensed <br />vehicle. Also include a definition of a motor vehicle. <br />Introduce this proposed ordinance to Council at their <br />February 23, 1993 meeting. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />Send a copy of the 2/2/93 P&Z minutes to Doug Hanson. C <br /> <br />Draft an ordinance to eliminate Rural Industrial and Rural <br />Business Districts. Development standard will be based on <br />whether or not properties are served by sewer and water. <br />(Rural Business ordinance has been drafted.) <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Jeanine Duffs request for a CUP for a <br />private dog kennel: The P&Z Commission approved 1-14 <br />and directed Staff to amend the following: (15) "That the <br />proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing..." <br />(16) "That the proposed use will be an improvement to the <br />property, the..." (17) "That the proposed use will be <br />served adequately by essential public..." (18) "That the <br />proposed use will not create excessive additional <br />requirements..." (I9) "That the proposed use will not <br />involve uses, activities, processes ....
