Frolik <br /> <br />2/16/93 <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc.'s <br />request for amended CUP: The P&Z Commission <br />approved 1-25 and directed Staff to amend the following: <br />(26) "That the proposed use .will not substantially <br />adversely impair..." (27) "That the proposed use will <br />not create excessive additional . . ." (28a) "That the <br />proposed use will involve uses, activities, processes, <br />materials and equipment and conditions of operation that <br />will be detrimental to persons, property or the general <br />welfare by reason of excessive production of smoke, <br />fumes or odor." (28b) "That the proposed use will not <br />involve uses, activities, processes, materials and <br />equipment and conditions of operation that will not be <br />detrimental to persons, property or the general welfare by <br />reason of excessive production of glare, noise or traffic." <br />(29) "That the proposed use will not be unduly <br />dangerous or otherwise..." (30) That the proposed use <br />will be consistent with the intent . . ." The P&Z <br />Commission voted to accept the Findings of Fact as <br />amended and recommended that City Council adopt them. <br />Forward to City Council, <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />Frolik <br /> <br />2/16/93 <br /> <br />With regard to the terms of the CUP for Danny's <br />Aluminum Processing: The P&Z voted to recommend that <br />City Council approve Danny's Aluminum Processing, <br />Inc.'s request for a CUP bearing in mind that his permit <br />should be identical to .Alloy Recovery's permit with <br />exceptions made to melt furnaces, afterburners, hours of <br />operation, and legal descriptions. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />Frolik <br /> <br />Frolik <br /> <br />2/16/93 <br /> <br />2/16/93 <br /> <br />With regard to Amber Ridge: The P&Z Commission <br />voted to recommend approval of the sketch plan <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter <br />dated February 11, 1993 and contingent upon collector <br />street crossing Highway g47 into plat and direct the <br />developer to proceed to apply for preliminary plat <br />approval. <br /> <br />With regard to the status of transportation issues: The <br />P&Z Commission would like a response to Item 2 on page <br />121 of the 2/2-2/16/93 agenda of the project status report. <br />While no one disagrees with a need for the other issues, <br />they would like to focus on this one issue for now. <br />Forward to City Council.
