Councilmember Peterson nominated James Gilbertson and Sheila Beyer to the Fire Board. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hardin nominated the entire Council as the Economic Development Authority. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman nominated Glen Hardin for Accounts Payable Review. <br /> <br />Consensus was that: <br /> <br />Gerald Zimmerman would be Councilmember for Precincts lA and lB. <br />James Gilbenson would be Councilmember for Precinct 2 <br />Glen Hardin would be Councilmember for Precincts 3A and 3B <br />Sheila Beyer would be Coun¢ilmember at Large <br />Kenneth Peterson would be Councilmember at Large <br /> <br />The City Health Authority appointment will be left open at this time. Council directed City <br />Adminisn'ator Schroeder to contact Dr. William Rodman to see if he would be interested in serving <br />as the City's Health Authority again. <br /> <br />Randall, Dehn & Goodrich were appointed as General Legal and Prosecution. <br />Holmes and Graven were appointed as Bond Counsel/TIF. <br /> <br />Gerald Zimmerman was appointed to the Joint Law Enforcement Council. <br /> <br />Sheila Beyer was appointed to the Community School Advisory Committee. <br /> <br />James Gilbertson was appointed to the Anoka County Solid Waste Abatement Task Force. <br /> <br />Ryan Schroeder was appointed to the Anoka County Regional Railroad Authority. <br /> <br />Steve Jankowski and Gerald Zimmerman were appointed to'the Lower Rum River Water <br />Management Organization (LRRWMO). <br /> <br />Ryan Schroeder was appointed to the North Meu'o Mayors Association Operating Committee. <br /> <br />James Gilbertson with Glen Hardin as alternate was appointed to the North Metro Mayors <br />Association Management Committee. <br /> <br />Kenneth Peterson and Ryan Schroeder were appointed to the Quad Cities Cable Communications <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Appointment to the North Suburban Consumer Advocates for the Handicapped, Inc. (NSCAH) <br />will be left open at this time. Council directed that Staff advertise for these appointments. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to adopt Resolution <br />g03-01-006 for 1993 Council organization. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Beyer, Hardin, Peterson and Zimmerman. Voting <br />No: None. Absent: Mayor Gilbertson. .. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt <br />Resolution ~t93-01-007 designating financial institutions as official depositories of City funds for <br />1993. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Zimmerman, Peterson, and Beyer. Voting No: <br />None. Abstain: Councilmember Hardin.
