Also amend the Subd. 12 <br />table, third row under Total Lot Area to read "43,561 to <br />I00,000 sq. ft." and fourth row under Total Lot Area to <br />read "101,001 to 152,459 sq. ft." Also amend Subd. 13, <br />item (b) to read "On parcels of land t00,001 sq. ft. in size <br />and greater, all detached accessory buildings shall have a <br />design and exterior facing finish which is compatible <br />(similar in color or appearance) with that of the <br />principal structure..." The P&Z Commission voted to <br />recommend City Council adopt the proposed amendments <br />to City Code Chapter 9 as amended. Forward to City <br />Council. Note: Council tabled this issue and has <br />requested a workshop with the P&Z Commission. <br /> <br />Regarding the Mississippi River toll bridge theory: The <br />P&Z Commission voted to recommend City Council adopt <br />a resolution supporting the concept of a private toll bridge <br />as an alternative method to expedite the development and <br />construction of the Dayton-Ramsey bridge crossing. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Regarding moving structures into and within the City of <br />Ramsey: As per discussion, prepare an ordinance that <br />would ban moving principal or accessory structures into <br />the City that are larger than 280 sq. ft. or the maximum <br />square footage the Uniform Building Code allows <br />construction without footings, whichever figure is smaller. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The P&Z would like you to continue furnishing them with <br />copies of the periodicals in their monthly agenda. <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment has requested that research be <br />done with regard to what's involved to vacate the <br />Magnesium Street N.W. cul-de-sac easement as it enters <br />Windemere Woods and report back to City Council with a <br />recommendation to proceed or not to proceed. Work with <br />City Attorney Goodrich. Jim Gromberg has <br />scheduled a meeting with A! Koenig.
