10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />That thc Applicant appeared before thc Planning and Zoning Commission for a <br />public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of thc Ramsey City Code on June 1, <br />1993 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of <br />said pubhc hearing are h~reby incorporated by rcf~cncc. <br /> <br />That the subject property is located in the R-1 Rural Residential District and is <br />approximately 50 acres in size. <br /> <br />That the Applicant is proposing to place a 27-1/2' x 76' portable classroom on the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the purpose of the temporary structure is to <br />provide additional classroom space. <br /> <br />That utilization of temporary structures is not a permitted use in any zone in the City <br />of Ramsey. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the temporary structure will be kept on the subject <br />property for approximately two years and in the interim, the School District will <br />assess space needs and possible solutions thereto. <br /> <br />That the adjoining properties to the north, west and on the east side of Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W. are zoned R-1 Residential and the property to the south is zoned B-2 <br />Business. <br />That the proposed temporary structure will/~ n~ increase traffic to or from the <br />subject property. <br />That the proposed temporary structure wiI1/~I n~n~o; be unduly dangerous or <br />detrimental to persons residing or working in the area.---: <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary sumcture will/ impair the use of surrounding <br />properties. <br />That the proposed temporary structure~Wfl'~iI1 not be maintained so as to be <br />appropriate in appearance with the characte't'-offthe general area. <br /> fl~l_l not or <br />That the proposed temporary structure will/ __ hazardous disturbing to <br />neighboring uses. <br />That the proposed temporary structure~i,~)will not be adequately served by <br />essential public facilities and services.
