CASE # fi' <br /> <br />REQUEST TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE PROPOSED PLAT OF <br /> RIVER'S BEND 3RD ADDITION <br /> FROM B-1 BUSINESS TO R-1 URBAN RESIDENTIAL; <br /> CASE OF RICK FOSTER AND ARTHUR RAUDIO <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />In September of 1991, this Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the request to rezone <br />a portion of River's Bend 3rd Addition to R-1 Residential and MR Multiple Residential to <br />accommodate the development plans for the subject property at that time. Subsequently, the <br />developers have eliminated their plans to develop a portion of the property with multi-family <br />densities and the plat has received final approval so the legal deszriptions used in the 1991 rezoning <br />hearing are no longer valid. Consequently, it is necessary to reprocess the zoning request with <br />correct zoning designations and legal descriptions. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />River's Bend 3rd Addition final plat <br />Proposed fmdings of fact <br />Proposed ordinance <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the rezoning in conjunction with the approved final plat. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Recommend that City Council adopt findings of fact # relating to a request from <br />Ramsey Center Partnership to rezone certain property in the proposed plat of River's Bend <br />3rd Addition to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Recommend that City Council approve/deny the request from Arthur and Elizabeth Raudio, <br />Ramsey Center Partnership, and R.F.
