CUP: <br />The P&Z Commission approved 1-15 and 18, and <br />directed Staff to amend the following: (16) Insert <br />engineers figures into the fn'st sentence and delete second <br />sentence. (17) Strike this one. (19) "That the proposed <br />use will not be unduly dangerous..." (20) "That the <br />proposed use will not substantially adversely impair.. <br />." (21) "That the proposed use will be operated and <br />maintained so as to be harmonious and appropriate in <br />appearance with the existing or intended character of the <br />general vicinity, and that such use will not change the <br />essential character of the area." (22) "That the proposed <br />use will not be hazardous or disturbing..." (23) "That <br />the proposed use will not be a substantial improvement. <br /> " (24) "That the proposed use will be served <br />~c/equately by public..." (25) "That the proposed use <br />will not create excessive additional requirements at <br />public cost for public facilities and services, and it will <br />not be detrimental to the economic..." (26) "That the <br />proposed use will not involve uses, activities, <br />processes,..." The P&Z Commission voted to accept <br />the Findings of Fact as amended and recommended that <br />City Council adopt them. Forward to City Council after <br />receipt of updated grading plans. <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />2/16/93 <br /> <br />With regard to the terms of the CUP for Barton Gravet, <br />Inc.: The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that <br />City Council approve Barton Sand and Gravel's request <br />for a CUP renewal for mining operations contingent upon <br />submittal of updated grading plans, discussion tonight, <br />and Engineer's letter. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />4/6/92 <br /> <br />The P&Z recommended that the developers of Mississippi <br />Heights proceed to apply for preliminary plat approval with <br />the western cul-de-sac drawn as a through street. <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />4/6/92 <br /> <br />Winslow Holasek will be appealing P&Z's <br />recommendation regarding Mississippi Heights. Place this <br />case on the next Council Agenda. <br /> <br />P <br /> <br /> <br />
