NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Ramsey will hold a public <br />hearing at 7:30 p.m, on Tuesday, July 6, 1993, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider the vacation of a dedicated street right-of-way in the <br />Riverside West Addition. The street fight-of-way is described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of 137th Avenue N.W. lying south of the following described line: Beginning at the <br />northeast comer of Lot 1, Block 6, RIVERSIDE WEST, Anoka County Minnesota; thence <br />westerly 261 feet more or less along the straight portion of the north line of said Lot 1 and its <br />extension westerly to the west line of said Lot 1 and there terminating. <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for the vacation. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the City Council, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
