Subd. 4. Fences. Fencing other than for solely decorative purposes <br />shall be restricted to side and rear yards. Side and rear yard maximum fence heights shalI <br />be eight feet. <br /> <br />Material for construction of fence shall be compatible with the character of the principal <br />structure on the property. <br /> <br />No fence or wall except a retaining wall in the front yard shall be over 48 inches in height. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
