The above construction cost is based upon the construction cost index of <br />September, 1992. If any of the above prope."ries subdivide, the lateral benefit wLll need to <br />b: afijusmd to the current infex, tn ~iirion to the consn'ucrion cost, overhead costs in the <br />amount of 25% of the eonsn'ucfion cost are 't:~ing applied to cover the costs associated with <br />engineering tE:si~, stale/nS and inspection, tis:al, legal and adm/nisrra~ve expenses.
