Council <br />approved the request to construct an accessory structure at 15410 <br />Jackal Street N.W. <br /> <br />The ordinance amending City Code Section 9.11.02 (accessory uses <br />and structures) failed 3/2 vote. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approva! of Sharon Lee Addition contingent <br />upon the developer entering into a Development Agreement with the <br />City that requires payment of sewer and water assessments on both <br />of the lots in the plat. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval for Chestnut Woods contingent <br />upon providing a drainage and utility easement on the common <br />property line between Lots 1 and 2 and the Developer entering into a <br />development agreement with the City. Execute Development <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />Councit adopted the ordinance reducing the side yard setback for the <br />uninhabitable portion of structures in the R-1 Urban Residential <br />District to six (6) feet.
