landscape plan provide for a landscaped berm to buffer the single family lots from County Roads <br />#57 and #116 and the surrounding commercial development. <br /> <br />It is staff's understanding that the existing asphalt contractor located on the property would <br />relocate. There is also a situation of cement and asphalt debris that has been dumped and stored on <br />the property illegally.
