(15) "That such variance is necessary for the <br />preservation of a substantial property right..." (16) "That if <br />granted, the variance will not grant the Applicant any special..." <br />(17) "That if granted, the variance will not substantially increase <br />the congestion..." Add (18) "That the south property line <br />is in dispute." <br /> <br />Execute Resolution g93-09-171 (Deemer/Bawden/All) adopting <br />Findings of Fact 4/13344, as amended, relating to a request for a <br />variance from James McChesney at 15429 Sunfish Lake Boulevard <br />N.W. <br /> <br />Regarding the terms of the variance for James McChesney: The <br />Board of Adjustment approved 1 and 3 thru 6, and directed Staff to <br />amend the following: (2) "The accessory structure shall maintain a <br />minimum distance of ninety (90) feet from the centerline of <br />C.S.A.H. #57." Add (7) "The property owner shall <br />provide a survey to determine the south boundary of the <br />subject property to alleviate disputed boundaries, and if <br />necessary will be granted a variance of a maximum of <br />five feet." <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #93-09-172 (Deemer/LaDue/All), as amended, <br />approving the issuance of a variance to James McChesney at 15429 <br />Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. and declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />Council granted site plan approval to Mike's Woodworking for an <br />expansion to the storage facility on Lot 4, Block 1, Pineview Estates <br />2nd Addition P.U.D. Execute site plan development permit. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Juniper Woods 3rd Addition <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated <br />August 17, 1993. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />The motion failed to adopt the Ordinance to sell Lot 6, Block 2, <br />Gorham's Sandy Acres Inform ACCAP. <br /> <br /> <br />
