Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Pending <br /> <br />Pending <br /> <br />Pending <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />4/6/93 <br /> <br />4/23/92 <br /> <br />6/22/93 <br /> <br />6/22~3 <br /> <br />6/22/93 <br /> <br />6/22/93 <br /> <br />With regard, to Townhouses of Rum River: The P&Z Commission <br />voted to recommend approval of the concept of a 12-unit <br />townhouse development for Lot 1, Block 1, and outlet C, Rum <br />River Hills, subject to the following conditions: 1) Demonstration <br />that individual on-sit sewer systems can be accommodated <br />according to applicable codes; 2) Demonstration that adjacent <br />easement-area lands have sufficient available suitable soils to <br />accommodate back-up drainfield areas for the 12 units; 3) Receipt <br />of amended comments from Metropolitan Council Staff; 4) Further <br />review by legal counsel of the precedent which would be set by <br />approval of this project; 5) Water supply system to be approved by <br />appropriate agencies; 6) The party wall between units are to be <br />constructed of fire-proof material; 7) City staff receiving <br />assurances from Metropolitan Council that approval of the project <br />will not endanger the possibility of any future MUSA expansions <br />within the City. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Draft an ordinance for the Planning and Zoning Commission's <br />consideration to modify the building permit application on 2-1/2 <br />acres or less to require a Certificate of Survey. <br /> <br />Council adopted the resolution granting final plat approval to <br />Sunny Ponds 3rd Addition contingent upon compliance with City <br />Staff review letter dated June 14, 1993. Please execute <br />development agreement. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution g93-06-122 (Zimmerman/Beyer/All/Absent <br />Gilbertson) accepting Findings of Fact g0339 relating to Danny's <br />Tranny's, Inc.'s request for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #93-06-123 (Beyer/Zimmerman/Beyer <br />opposed/Absent Gilbertson) approving the request for a conditional <br />use permit, as amended, from Danny's Tranny's, Inc. based on the <br />findings of fact, and to require the applicant to maintain a minimum <br />$500.00 balance in the conditional use permit escrow account. <br />Amend the language in #16 to read "All loading and unloading <br />operations shall be conducted wholly inside". Allow a one year <br />time frame for Mr. Karst to get his building up and site <br />improvements and that there will then be no outside storage on <br />Lots 2, 3, and 4. Adopt a site inspection list for the first year <br />where Staff will go through Mr. Karst's operation and check off <br />the items. This will be done on a monthly basis at no cost to Mr. <br />Karst. Any follow-up inspection as a result of a violation will be <br />charged to Mr. Karst. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan for Danny's Trannys on Lots 2, 3 <br />and 4, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat #2 contingent <br />upon modifying the site plan to show an alternate holding tank <br />location (or septic system - depending on the City Engineer's <br />request) and describing integration of color and/or texture into the <br />block building.
