CASE <br /> <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~g92.21 <br />BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF SERVICE ROAD ADJACENT TO <br />TOM THUMB MARKET AT 14911 RAMSEY BOULEVARD N.W. <br />By: Steven J. Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Previous to this case there will be a public hearing on the above improvement project. A <br />copy of the feasibility study, which is enclosed, has been sent to each of the two parties <br />who will be assessed should this project proceed to construction. <br /> <br />Depending on the comments made at the public hearing, the Council may wish to direct <br />modifications be made to the content of the feasibility study. If the nature of the changes <br />are extensive or significant, the Council may determine to call for a second public hearing. <br /> <br />The goal at this step of the improvement project process is the property owners who will be <br />financially responsible should be clearly aware of the exact nature of the improvements, <br />costs and methods of financing. <br /> <br />If the Council feels that no changes need to be made to the feasibility study, no further <br />action is required.
