If the nature of the changes
are extensive or significant, the Council may determine to call for a second public hearing.

The goal at this step of the improvement project process is the property owners who will be
financially responsible should be clearly aware of the exact nature of the improvements,
costs and methods of financing.

If the Council feels that no changes need to be made to the feasibility study, no further
action is required. By Charter, a 60 day period for objection to the project by benefitted
property owners must transpire before the Council can authorize the project to proceed.

Council Action:

Based upon public heating testimony and Council discussion.

#/

Reviewed by:

City Engineer
City Administrator
Project Manager

CC: 01/12/93

Copies also distributed to:
Finance Officer
