TO ITS CUL-DE-SAC TERMINUS) WHEREAS. a resolution of the City Council adopted the 27th Day of October, 199: ordering public hearing, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed Improvement of the extension of City water and sewer to a point of origin 400 feet east of the eastern section line of Section 23 along 149th Lane l'\.W, to its cui-de-sac terminus (Project #92-19): and WHEREAS. the City has waited the required sixty (6m days following the public hearing: and WHEREAS. ten days' mailed norice and two weeks' published norice of the hearing was given. and the hearing was held thereon November 24. 1992 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opponuniry to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY. ANOKA COUJ';TY. STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1 I That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resoiution adopted the 27th day of Oerobe;-, 1992. ::) That Steven Jankowski, City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this ~mprovemen:. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such Improvement.
