RESOLL'TIO' ORDERI!'IG IMPRO"EME!,\'T A~D PREPARA TIO!,; OF PLANS A~D SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-13 (EXTENSIOl\ OF SANITARY SE'WER ALONG THE \\'EST SIDE OF CSAH #5 (NO"'THE' BL VD. r\.,"'.l TO SERVICE THE PIN'S 25-32-2.5-2~-0005 AND 25-32-25-13- 0006) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 13th Day of October. 199~ ordering public hearing, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the extension of Sanitary Sewer along the west side of CSAH #5 (Nowthen Blvd, N.W.) to service the PIN's 25-32-25-2~-OOO5 and :!5-32-25-2~-OOO6 (Project #92-13): and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given. and the hearing was held thereon November 24, 199:! at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opponunity to be heard thereon, NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY. ANOKA COUNTY.
