Subsequent to that time, I have had several conversations \I.-ith Mr. Bar-...hold, I have met with him on two 0= ~ee occasions and I have visi":.ed the site. In addition, the Council will recall that I spoke with you in October about this issue. Mr. Ba~~old advised that on or about ~anuary ~, ~990, he had about 350 pigs on the site and steadily increased the number to over 700 by August, ~992. The neighbors who testified at the public hearing stated that in general, the odor was not very noticeable until sometime in 1991, and, of cou=se, th~oughout all of :1.992.
