A!\D SEeTIO' 9.50.5"; <br />B~': Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolih <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On December :2. 199:. a propm,ed ordinance to amend Chapter 9 of the Ramsey Ciry Code was <br />presented to CIty Council and introduced. Basically. the proposed changes dealt with definitions. <br />the B-3 Highway Business DismcL and park dedication. The proposed ordinance is enclosed for <br />vour review. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />In summary, the B-3 District regulations proposed broadened the permItted uses to include retail <br />activity. professional offices and daycare centers in addition to those uses currently listed as <br />acceptable conditional uses in rhat district contingent upon meeting cenain criteria. The criteria for <br />conditional uses was rhen added into rhe performance standards section.
