<br />CouncUmember <br /> <br />mtroducea the fol1ov.'lnf: resolution and moved for ItS adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLCTIO!\ #93-01- <br /> <br />RESOLCTIO~ ADOPTING 1993 PARK DEDICATION CASH CONTRIBCTIOl\ <br />FEES <br /> <br />'VHEREAS. the Ramsey CiTY Council recognizes that it is essential [0 the health. safety <br />and welfare of the residents to protec~. conserve and enhance Ramsey's natural and recreational <br />resources: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, cash may be required in lieu of land and said cash contribution should be <br />commensurate with land values and remain competitive: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. on January 26. 1993. rhe City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Ordinance #93-XX amending Chapter 9 of rhe Ramsey City Code entitled Zoning and Subdivision <br />of Land: and <br /> <br />'WHEREAS. Section 9.50.37, Subd. 6 of Ordinance #93-X states that park dedication <br />fees shall be ser by City Council resolution. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VEn BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY.
