The developer should communicate with City Staff <br />to init/am ~ review of the plat by the LRRWMO. <br /> <br />Wetland. The northern portion of the plat contains protected wetland #680 in the vicinity of <br />Outlot A and Lots ] through 3 of Block 3. The grading plan will have to delineate the wetland and <br />accordingly, thc wetland should be shown as drainage easement on the plat. At the date of this <br />writing, DNR's verbal comments wzr~ favorable; v,'ntten comments are forthcoming. <br /> <br />Park Dedication. As a result of a prior agreement with respect to River's Bend Park, this <br />particular ama has b~en exempw.~ from any park dr.~zafion requirement& <br /> <br />Grading and Drainage Plans. At the date of this writing, the City had not yet received the <br />grading and drainage plans.
