the satisfaction of the City that such discharge will have proper containment. No use that <br />discharges large quantities of domestic sewage shall be permitted on a property which is <br />not served by sanitary sewer or municipal water unless it can be demonstrated to the <br />satisfaction of the City that there will be an adequate amount of soil absorption area or soil <br />treatment area. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Accessory Uses: <br /> <br />Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use accessory <br />to the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% of the gross <br />floor space of thc principal use unless otherwise approved by City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Off-street parking including semi-trailer trucks, as regulated and <br />required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />c.
