minute curve delta angle 4 degrees 40 minutes for a distance of 466.7 feet, thence on a tangent to said curve for a distance of 836 feet, thence deflecting to the fight on a 1 degree 00 minute curve with a delta angle of 7 degrees 16 minutes for a distance of 726.7 feet, thence on a tangent to said curve for a distance of 198.5 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described, thence continue southeasterly on said last described course for a distance of 600 feet and there terminating. 2. SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the City of Ramsey Zoning Map, which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. ,0RDINANtTE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION The following is the official summary of Ordinance ~t93-__, which has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance: Section 9.20.03, subd. I1 and Section 9.20.25 have been repealed to eliminate the Rural Business District and the definition thereof. The Zoning Map is to be amended to rezone all Rural Business parcels to to B-1 Business SECTION 4. REPEAL Section 9.20.03, subd. 11 and Section 9.20.25 are hereby repealed. SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
