Councilmcmb~ inn'oduce, d the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-02- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO BROTHERS, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g91-14 BAUERLY WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 14, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g91-14; and WHEREAS, Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $15,245.82. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g91-14 in the amount of $15,245.82. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of February 1993.' 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for Councilmember favor thereof: the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of February, 1993.
