11) <br /> <br />12) <br /> <br />13) <br /> <br />]4) <br /> <br />Thc City Staff has taken the position that the B- 1 Business District should not be clirmnated <br />from the plat of Rivenwick as it serves as a buffer between the residential use and the <br />intense commercial activity allowe~l under thc B-3 Business Dismct regulations. <br /> <br />That the proposed amendment to the zoning district boundaries within Rivenwick is in <br />acconiance with the Cib"s Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />That the proposed rezoning will not substantially impair the use or market value of any <br />surrounding properb,. <br /> <br />That the proposed elimination of the B-1 Business District from the area of the plat may <br />impair the use or market value of adjacent residential properties. <br /> <br />That the proposed rczoning will not change the essential character of the area. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor James Gitbertson <br /> Councilmember Sheila Bever <br /> Councilmember Kenneth ISeterson <br /> Councilmember Glen Hardin <br /> Counciimember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None · <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of February, 1993. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />q? <br /> <br /> <br />
