§ 7.51 Non-intoxicating malt liquors <br /> <br />Who has been convicted of a felony or of violating any law of this <br />state or local ordinance relating to the manufacture or <br />transportation of intoxicating liquors; <br /> <br />Who is a manufacturer of beer or who is interested in the control <br />of any place where beer is manufactured; <br /> <br />Who is an alien; <br /> <br />Who is not of good moral character; <br /> <br />Who is, or during the period of this license becomes, the holder of <br />a federal liquor dealer's special tax stamp for the sale of <br />intoxicating liquor at any place unless there has also been issued <br />to him a local license to sell intoxicating liquor at such place; <br /> <br />Who is not the proprietor of the establishment for which the <br />license is issued. <br /> <br />7.51.07 Places ineligible for license. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. No license shall be granted for sale on any premises <br />where a licensee has been convicted of the violation of this chapter or of the state <br />beer or liquor law, or where any license hereunder has been revoked for cause, <br />until one year has elapsed after such conviction or revocation. <br /> <br /> Subr[ 2. No license shall be granted for any place within 1,000 feet of <br />any public school or within 1,000 feet of any church. The measurement shall be <br />along the most direct line from the main entrance of the public school or church to <br />the main entrance of the licensed premise. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. No "on sale" license shall be granted for a business or club <br />which has not been in operation and eligible to receive a license for at least six <br />months immediately preceding the application for a license. <br /> <br />7.51.08 Conditions of license. <br /> <br /> Subdivision I. Every license shall be granted subject to the conditions <br />in the following subdivisions and al1 other provisions of this chapter, and of any <br />applicable sections of the code of the city or sate law. <br /> <br /> Sub&2. All licensed premises shall have the license posted in a <br />conspicuous place at all times. <br /> <br /> Sub& 3. No beer shall be sold or served to any intoxicated person or to <br />any person under 21 years of age. <br /> <br /> Sub& 4. No minor shall be permitted to consume beer on the licensed <br />premises unless accompanied by his parent or legal guardian. <br /> Sub& 5.
