Non-intoxicating malt liquors § 7.51 To permit any prostitute to loiter on the premises with the intent to solicit. To permit that conduct prohibited by MSA §617.246, which statute is entitled "Use of Minors in Sexual Performance Prohibited." Said statute is hereby incorporated by reference as ff fully set forth herein. A copy of said statute is on file for use and examination in thc office of the City Administrator. Incorporation of said statute herein is not intended to effect the prosecution of this statute as a felony pursuant to Subdivisions 2 and 3 of said MSA §617.246. 7.51.09 Closing hours. No sale of beer shall be made on any Sunday between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, nor between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 P.M. on any statewide election day in the city. No sale shall be made between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any other day. 7.51.10 Bars, partitions, boxes or screens. All windows in the front of an3, place licensed for "on sales" of beer shall be of clear glass and the view of the whole interior shall be obstructed by screens, curtains or partitions. There shall be no partition, box, stall, screen, curtain or other device which obstructs the view of any part of the room from the general observation of persons in the room, but partitions, subdivisions, or panels not higher than 48 inches from the floor shall not be considered obstructions. 7.51.11 Clubs. No club shall sell beer except to members and to guests in the company of members. 7.51.12 Restrictions on purcha~e and consumption. Subdivision 1. No minor shall misrepresent his age for the purpose of obtaining beer. The licensee or his employee shall not permit any minor to loiter or to remain in the room where non- intoxicating malt liquor is being sold or served unless accompanied by his parent or legal guardian. Subd. 2. No person shall induce a minor to purchase or procure beer. Subd. 3. No person other than the parent or legal guardian shall procure beer for any minor. No minor shall consume any non- intoxicating malt liquor unless in the company of his parent or guardian. SubrL 4. No minor shall have been in his possession ~-ith the intent to consume it at a place other than the household of his parent or guardian. SubcL 5. No person shall consume or display any intoxicating liquor on the premises of a licensee who is not also licensed to sell intoxScating liquors. 7.51.13 Certain persons excepted. A person who was born on or before September 1, 1967 may continue to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages and shall be treated for purposes .of this subsection as a person who is 21 years old.
