Non-intoxicating malt liquors § 7.51 <br /> <br />To permit any prostitute to loiter on the premises with the intent <br />to solicit. <br /> <br />To permit that conduct prohibited by MSA §617.246, which statute <br />is entitled "Use of Minors in Sexual Performance Prohibited." <br />Said statute is hereby incorporated by reference as ff fully set forth <br />herein. A copy of said statute is on file for use and examination <br />in thc office of the City Administrator. Incorporation of said <br />statute herein is not intended to effect the prosecution of this <br />statute as a felony pursuant to Subdivisions 2 and 3 of said MSA <br />§617.246. <br /> <br />7.51.09 Closing hours. No sale of beer shall be made on any Sunday between <br />the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, nor between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 <br />P.M. on any statewide election day in the city. No sale shall be made between the <br />hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any other day. <br /> <br />7.51.10 Bars, partitions, boxes or screens. All windows in the front of an3, <br />place licensed for "on sales" of beer shall be of clear glass and the view of the whole <br />interior shall be obstructed by screens, curtains or partitions. There shall be no <br />partition, box, stall, screen, curtain or other device which obstructs the view of any <br />part of the room from the general observation of persons in the room, but <br />partitions, subdivisions, or panels not higher than 48 inches from the floor shall <br />not be considered obstructions. <br /> <br />7.51.11 Clubs. No club shall sell beer except to members and to guests in the <br />company of members. <br /> <br />7.51.12 Restrictions on purcha~e and consumption. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. No minor shall misrepresent his age for the purpose of <br />obtaining beer. The licensee or his employee shall not permit any minor to loiter or <br />to remain in the room where non- intoxicating malt liquor is being sold or served <br />unless accompanied by his parent or legal guardian. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. No person shall induce a minor to purchase or procure beer. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. No person other than the parent or legal guardian shall <br />procure beer for any minor. No minor shall consume any non- intoxicating malt <br />liquor unless in the company of his parent or guardian. <br /> <br /> SubrL 4. No minor shall have been in his possession ~-ith the intent <br />to consume it at a place other than the household of his parent or guardian. <br /> <br /> SubcL 5. No person shall consume or display any intoxicating liquor <br />on the premises of a licensee who is not also licensed to sell intoxScating liquors. <br /> <br />7.51.13 Certain persons excepted. A person who was born on or before <br />September 1, 1967 may continue to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages and <br />shall be treated for purposes .of this subsection as a person who is 21 years old. <br /> <br />Printed 12/28/90 <br /> <br />Page 177 <br /> <br /> <br />
