Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g93-03- RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TO 26-32- 25-22-0003 AND ADDITION OF AN OMIT TO 25-32-25-22-0003 FOR CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NUMERS 91-13 AND 91-14 CERTIFIED IN 1992 WHEREAS, the Finance Office has confirmed that a keying error was made in the Special Assessment Roll certified to Anoka County in 1992 for City Improvement Project Num hers 91 - 13 and 91 - 14; and WHEREAS, the City's Improvement Project numbers 91-13 and 91-14 is identified as Sanitary Sewer, Watcrmain, Storm Sewer, Park and Street Improvements for Chestnut Hills, Cedar Hills, Windemere Woods and Chestnut Hills Additions and Trunk Lines for Wood Pond Hills and Sunny Ponds Additions; and WHEREAS, Sunny Ponds Addition was included in this special assessment roll with a parcel number 26-32-25-22-0003; and WHEREAS, the correct parcel number for the Sunny Ponds Addition is 25-32-25-22-0003; and WHEREAS, the Assessment Roll for Improvement Project Numbers 91-13 and 91-14 has been assigned a City Fund number 435 and a County Fund number 82027. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 2) That the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special assessments for Improvement Project numbers 91-13 and 91 - 14, City Fund ~435, County Fund #82027, for parcel 26-32-25-22-0003. That the City of Ramsey hereby approves addition of this special assessment as an omit to Parcel 25-32- 25 -22-0003. 3) That the City of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as required by Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owners involved of the Council's action. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duty passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of March, 1993.
