The cash contribution for Park <br />Dedications is 195 units ~ $2,200 = $429,000. Crediting the Developer for the <br />improvements noted above leaves a balance 0/'$297,500 to be paid at the time the plat is <br />filed. The cash only trail dedication is 195 ~ $550 = $107,250. The estimated cost for <br />construction of the trail in the park is $1%000, leaving a balance of $90,250 due at plat <br />filing. The Rivenwick 3rd addition wh/ch is on the south side of Riverdale, requirements <br />included installing a trail on the northside of Riverdale. This trail has not been installed <br />yet. A trail is necessary on the south side of Riverdale Drive because Riverdale is an <br />MSA street. This trail will not be credit eligible.
