CASE# <br /> <br />OUTDOR MEETING SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Park Commission has made it practice to hold the May - October meetings in a park. <br />The second Thursday's through October are as follows: <br /> <br />May 13 <br />June 10 <br />July 8 <br />August 12 <br />September 9 <br />October 14 <br /> <br />The 2003 meeting locations were: <br /> <br />May <br />June <br />July <br />August <br />September <br />October <br /> <br />Sunfish Lake Park <br />River's Bend Park with City Council <br />Elmcrest Park <br />Woodland Green Park <br />Alpine Park <br />Central Park <br /> <br />Other locations can also be considered. In case of inclement weather the location will be <br />moved to the City Council Chambers at Fire Station #1. Commission has also discussed <br />starting, all meetings at 6:30 p.m. to allow more time for people to get to the meetings <br />after work. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Outdoor Meeting Schedule per discussion 'and motion to adopt 6:30 p.m. <br />starting time. <br /> <br />P&R: 04/08/04 <br /> <br />45 <br /> <br /> <br />
