They <br />cover the basic elements of the establishing a useable park. The attached spread sheets <br />show the grading, stormwater and paving as essentials. The park benches, lights and <br />related structures are classified as amenities. The total for the amenities using this <br />classification is $870,042. Spreadsheets of the staff analysis are attached for your review. <br />Most of the improvements to North Park have been classified as amenities. Construction of <br />the roads to North Park is not planned for the near future so the reason is why install <br />improvements in an in-accessible park. The items classified as amenities can be used as <br />bargaining points with the developer to obtain some of the city priorities. <br /> <br /> <br />
