Improvement Project ~92-13 was established in response to this petition, and has progressed <br />to the point where on January 26, 1993, City Council authorized the project to proceed. The <br />original project was competitively bid and State Statute 429.041 (7) allows for increasing the scope <br />of such a public project by Change Order up to an amount of 25% of the original contract at the <br />same unit prices. The total cost of Improvement Project g92-13 falls within this allowable range. <br />The contractor is agreeable to extending the scope of the project at the bid prices. The work shall <br />be performed in accordance with a one sheet set of plans last revision March 16, 1993, prepared by <br />Steven J. Jankowski and the specifications for Project g'92-I7. <br /> <br />Change in Cost: <br /> <br />The contractor and owner agree to the following unit prices as the basis for the expanded scope of <br />work.
