SNOWMOBILE REGULATIONS <br />THE FOLLOWING AREAS ARE OPEN FOR <br />PUBLIC USE OF SNOWMOBILES: <br /> 1, Private property owned by driver or <br /> snowmobile owner, <br /> 2, Along outside edge of ditches along C,S.A.H., <br /> MN and U,S. highways, <br /> 3, Along ditch areas of City streets and streets <br /> themselves except 1990 Urban Area, <br /> 4, City streets at age 16-17 with snowmobile safe- <br /> ly certificate. <br /> 5, City streets at age 18 + without snowmobile <br /> salety certificale, <br /> 6. Along Highways #'s 47 and 10 and County <br /> Road #'s 5 and 116 in 1990 Urban Area on out- <br /> side slope of ditch. <br /> 7. Other person's private property with written <br /> permission from owner. <br /> 8, Any designated snowmobile trail (Ramsey does <br /> not have any at the present time), <br />THE FOLLOWING AREAS ARE NOT OPEN FOR <br />PUBLIC USE OF SNOWMOBILES: <br /> 1. City/County parks and ski trails. <br /> 2. Upon C.S.A.H., MN or U.S. highways other <br /> than outside ditch slope. <br /> 3. Any median area of a divided highway. <br /> 4. Upon City streets unless age limit conforms to <br /> that above. <br /> 5. Prig'ate property without permission. <br /> 6. 1990 Urban Area (upon public property or City <br /> streets). <br /> 7. Lakes that have no access other than private <br /> property. <br />HOURS OF OPERATION: <br /> Cannot operate machines: <br /> Sundays through Thursdays from 11:00 p.m. <br /> to 8:00 a.m. (of next day) <br /> Saturdays from 1:00 a.m. to 8:00 <br /> <br /> Sundays (besides above) ~rom 1:00 a.m. to <br /> B:00 a,m, <br /> (Friday is not left out since Thursday, 11:00 <br /> p.m, to 8:00 a.m., therefore includes Friday <br /> morning hours), <br /> IN OTHER WORDS: <br /> You can ride Sunday through Thursday from <br /> 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and you can ride Fri- <br /> day and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. <br /> o~' the next day, <br /> <br /> <br />
