AND WHEREAS, on March 16, 1992 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />approved the sketch plan for Ramsey Meadows; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on April 23, 1992 and <br />recommended acceptance of cash to satisfy park dedication requirements for the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 5, 1992 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted <br />a public hearing regarding Ramsey Meadows and recommended preliminary plat approval of same; <br />and <br /> <br /> %~HEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on Ma3, 26, 1992 and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Ramsey Meadows; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council granted final plat approval to the first phase of <br />Ramsey Meadows on June 23, 1992; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received an application for final plat approval of the second phase <br />of Ramsey Meadows on February 22, 1993. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Ramsey Meadows 2nd Addition <br />in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duty passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of March, 1993. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
