Councilrnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-04- RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAY WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has adopted a Comprehensive Plan which provides for a system of arterial and collector thoroughfare; and WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has established a Municipal State Aid Street System (MSAS) under Chapter 162 of the State Statutes which promotes the construction and maintenance of such an arterial and collector system; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Ramsey to modify the designated MSAS system to conform to its changing transportation needs. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the existing MSAS segments in their current location descriptions be revoked from the system. (a) Segment 199-101-010 - Puma Street N.W. from 153rd Avenue N.W. to a point 0.32 mile south of 153rd Avenue N.W. (b) Segment 199-104-030 - Unnamed 104 - Ramsey Boulevard N.W. to Hematite Street N.W. (c) Segment 199-104-050 - Sunfish Lake Drive - Sodium Street N.W. to Lithium Street N.W. and 148th Street N.W. (d) Segment 199-104-060 - 148th Lane N.W. - Lithium Street N.W. to C.S.A.H. #5. (e) Segment 199-104-070 - Non-existent 104 - C.S.A.H. #5 to T.H. #47 2) That the following MSAS segments be added to the system: (a) Segment 199-101-010 - Puma Street N.W. from 153rd Avenue N.W. to the southwest comer of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20. (The point of connection with non-existent Segment 199-104-010) (b) Segment 199-104-030 - Unnamed 104 from Ramsey Boulevard N.W. to C.R. #116. (c) Segment 199-104-050 - Sunfish Lake Drive N.W. from Sodium Street N.W. to Lithium Street N.W. (d) Segment 199-104-060 - Sunfish Lake Drive N.W. from Lithium Street N.W. to C.S.A.H. #5 (e) Segment 199-104-070 - Sunfish Lake Drive N.W. from C.S.A.H. #5 to Dysprosium Street N.W.
