Councitmcmbcr introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g93-04- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF AMBER RIDGE WHEREAS, Gorham Builders, Inc. hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. and That part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying east of State Highway No. 47. and That part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying east of State Highway 47. and Outlot A, RIVER'S BEND, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, on February 1, 1993, the City received application and sketch plan from Gorham Builders, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on February 10, 1993 and recommended the acceptance of a combination of cash and land to satisfy park dedication requirements; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission met on February 16, 1993 and approved the sketch plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on March 2, 1993 and recommended preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on March 23, 1993 and granted preliminary plat approval to Amber Ridge. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Amber Ridge in accordance with relevant City Codes. 2) That park dedication requirements shall be satisfied with a combination of land and construction of trail improvements.
