Councitmcmbcr introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g93-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF AMBER RIDGE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Gorham Builders, Inc. hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly <br />applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section <br />24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying east of State Highway No. <br />47. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, lying east of State Highway 47. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Outlot A, RIVER'S BEND, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on February 1, 1993, the City received application and sketch plan <br />from Gorham Builders, Inc.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on February 10, 1993 <br />and recommended the acceptance of a combination of cash and land to satisfy park dedication <br />requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission met on February 16, 1993 and <br />approved the sketch plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on March <br />2, 1993 and recommended preliminary plat approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on March 23, 1993 and granted preliminary <br />plat approval to Amber Ridge. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Amber Ridge in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That park dedication requirements shall be satisfied with a combination of land and <br />construction of trail improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />
