CASE #$ <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br /> ANIMAL CONTAINMENT <br />Ryan Schroeder, City Administrator, Ramsey <br />and Mark Nagel, City Manager, Anoka <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the last meeting of the two Cities of Anoka and Ramsey, we discussed the issue of <br />animal containment. In addition to Staff time, in 1991, the City of Ramsey spent $7,680 <br />on animal containment. This increased to $9,727 in 1992. Through Mm'eh of 1993, <br />Ramsey has spent $1,240. Ramsey's average cost of animals not claimed has risen to the <br />$80 to $100 per animal point.
