THIS AGREEHE~T is made by and between Jacob H. Barthold, 1206 <br />NE Bunker Lake Road, Ham Lake, Minnesota, Barthold Farms, Inc., a <br />Minnesota corporation, Isanti, Minnesota (both collectively <br />"Darthold") and the city of Ra~sey, a Municipal corporation, under <br />the laws of the State of Minnesota ("the city"). <br />RECITALS <br /> <br /> A. B&rthold is the owner of a hog farm located in the city <br />at 15710 NW St. Francis Boulevard, and on property which is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br /> Quarter of Section 14, Tow]~ship 32, Range 25, ~noka <br /> County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the center line of <br /> St. Francis Boulevard, southerly of the North 516 feet <br /> of said quarter/quarter and northerly of the northerly <br /> line of J.P.J.V. Addition; <br /> <br /> The Southwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section 14, <br /> Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br /> AND <br /> <br /> Part of Lot 2, Block t, J.P.J.V. Addition, A~oka County, <br /> Minnesota; <br /> <br />which properties consist of PINS: t4-32-25-43-0001f t4-32-25-44- <br />0007 and 14-32-25-44-0009 (the "Farm"). <br /> <br /> Jacob M. Barthold and spouse are the fee title owners of <br /> <br />the Farm. <br /> C. <br /> <br /> Peter Barthold is the principal shareholder of ~arthol~, <br />Inc. and Barthold, Inc. is the operating entity of the hog farm. <br /> <br />D. The City is mandated by law to protect the health, safety <br /> <br /> <br />
