Councitmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 6'93-05- RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENTS CERTIFIED PROJECT 4~90-08, CITY FUND ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN SPECIAL IN 1992 FOR THE CITY IMPROVEMENT #431, COUNTY FUND #1741. WHEREAS, the City's Improvement Project Number 90-08 is identified as Overlaying Improvement to Woodland Green Addition; and WHEREAS, prepayments were received by the City of Ramsey and reported to Anoka County as follows: Pin Number R24~32-25-21-0004 Prepaid Date Oct. 13, 1992 Prepaid Amount $150.76 WHEREAS, these prepayments were not removed from the assessment roll at Anoka County; and WHEREAS, to correct the County roll it is necessary that the City of Ramsey approve abatement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special assessments for Improvement Project g90-08, City Fund g431, County Fund #1741 for parcel R24-32-25-21-0004. 2) That the City of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process ail paperwork as required by Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owners involved of the Council's action. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the llth day of May, 1993.
